CEBU, Philippines — Not just in Metro Manila but also in Cebu. This seems to be the scenario post-elections as the Cebu Civil Disturbance Management (CDM) composed of 32 police personnel was formed in view of impending rallies protesting the conduct of Monday's elections.
The Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) formed the CDM a few hours after the election last Monday night.
