FOUR cities in southern Metro Manila have proclaimed their respective mayors.
Makati City Mayor Mar-Len Abigail "Abby" Binay retained her post after getting 338,819 votes, or over 95 percent of the votes cast against her lone rival, Joel Hernandez, who only got 16,640 votes. It will be her third and final term.
