A STATE-OF-THE-ART gymnatorium worth P212 million will rise at the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) in Batac City, which will cater to big sports and cultural activities, both for the university and other organizations.
MMSU information officer Daniel Tapaoan Jr. said the modern infrastructure being constructed is located at the Sports Complex in the main campus in this Ilocos Norte city.
