A NEW regional center will be housed at the Isabela State University (ISU) to promote gender and development (GAD), according to the Regional Development Council (RDC) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley).
RDC Region 2 Chairperson and Isabela Governor Rodolfo Albano 3rd noted that through RDC2 Resolution No. 02-11, series of 2022, a Regional Gender and Development Research and Learning Center shall be created and will be housed at the ISU premises.
