EMMANUEL Piñol conceded in his Senate bid on Tuesday but vowed to continue his advocacy to help alleviate the agriculture and fishery sectors as a private individual.

In a statement released on Tuesday, Piñol, the former secretary of Agriculture and chairman of Mindanao Development Authority, said the people have spoken on Monday's elections and that he accepts the outcome "wholeheartedly."
