(UPDATED) MANILA Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso has barred students of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Universidad de Manila from using the buildings and facilities of the two city-run universities for political or post-election-related activities.
The mayor warned students against joining protest rallies or mass actions being planned "by a few individuals."
