ANDREW Tan-led Emperador Inc. on Monday announced it is earmarking P3 billion in capital expenditure (capex) this year as it looks to further expand its footprint abroad.
The capex budget set for the year is 72 percent more than the P1.74 billion it allocated a year ago.
