THE Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) wraps up its count of the election returns (ERs) in the May 9, 2022 elections at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila today, Friday, receiving close to 80 percent of the ERs as of Thursday.
During a briefing at the command center, PPCRV director for youth affairs Jude Yao said 65,171 ERs of the 81,692 copies of ERs received were encoded as of 5 p.m. on Thursday.
