DAVAO City Police Office spokeswoman Maj. Ma. Teresita Gaspan said a security plan is in the works for the oath-taking ceremony of Vice President-elect Sara Duterte-Carpio in Davao City on June 19.
Speaking to reporters on Wednesday's AFP-PNP Press Corps media briefing at The Royal Mandaya Hotel, Gaspan said initial security measures have already been drawn.
