Issues and opportunities to deal with

I thank my friend Ben Kritz for his column yesterday (Thursday) on a very bizarre Tuesday for the Philippines with the three events he described. Truly, only in the Philippines.

As enough are bloviating with or without insight into personalities and reasons behind the winning and losing campaigns and crowing or crying, I will take another path. I will try to deal with issues that the incoming administration should deal with.
