THE Vice Regulation Unit (VRU) of Davao City has apprehended 2,020 individuals for violating the public smoking regulation in the city in the last four months.
VRU head retired colonel Hernando Las said that the numbers are significant considering the rigid campaign of the city against smoking in public.
