THERE's a saying — you can't give what you don't have. Thinking about it, I would often correlate it by how people managers motivate their workers. Managers should take a good look at the mirror to discover if they're more than motivated to do what it takes to energize their workers. At times, they'll shamelessly admit they don't have the right skill to do it.

But that's not true. It's just a matter of recognizing the current skills you have like what you're doing with your children and young siblings. If you're a manager, it's easy to understand employee motivation under the universal Golden Rule ― do unto others what you would like them to do for you.
