A former governor, congressman and mayor in Occidental Mindoro died on Tuesday, his daughter said in a post on social media.
"It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dad, former congressman, governor and mayor Jose "Joe/JTV" Tapales Villarosa. He was 79 years old," lawyer Bunny Villarosa Kalaw said.
