TUGUEGARAO CITY: Fisherfolk found a floating plastic package allegedly containing dried marijuana leaves worth P120,000 in the waters of Buguey and Aparri in Cagayan on Sunday, May 22, police reported on Monday.
Capt. Isabelita Gano, Cagayan provincial police spokesman, said the package was spotted by local fisherfolk identified only as Peter, 36; Jojo, 43; and Dante, 39, all from Sanja village in Aparri, Cagayan.
