THE incoming President, Ferdinand "Bongbong Marcos Jr., or his designated Transportation secretary will be very busy inaugurating port projects nationwide worth P1.3 billion during the first 100 days of the new administration.

During a recent forum organized by The Manila Times, titled: "Sea Power: The Game Changer," lawyer Asuncion Hiyasmin de los Santos, chief of the Port Management and Services Department of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), disclosed that port projects under President Duterte's Build Build Build program will spill over to the next administration.
