'No FPJ without Susan Roces'

ON the last night of her mother Susan Roces' wake, Sen. Grace Poe said her father Fernandoe Poe Jr., known by his moniker "FPJ" and the "King of Philippine Movies," reached his stature in the industry because of his wife.

"Si FPJ ay FPJ dahil sa likod niya mayroong isang matapang at maalagang asawa na mahal siya. Halos lahat ng mga pelikula ni FPJ bago ilabas, bago yan ishoot silang dalawa ang nagpupuyat nagsasagutan ng mga dialogue (FPJ is FPJ because behind him was a strong and caring wife who loved him.
