PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Ma. "Joey" Concepcion 3rd has commended the appointment of Alfredo Pascual, president of the Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), as secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
