SEARCH and rescue operations continue for the seven missing Filipino fisherfolk whose fishing vessel collided with a cargo ship off Maracanao Island in Palawan last Saturday.

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said its Aviation Force has deployed BN Islander Plane (PCG-251) on Monday to conduct aerial search within the vicinity of the area where Marshall Islands-flagged cargo vessel M/V Happy Hiro collided with F/B JOT-18. The fishing boat capsized and sank in the Sulu Sea 300 kilometers south of Maracanao Island.
