MONEY supply grew at a slower pace in April despite continued expansion in bank lending, according to figures provided by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) on Tuesday.

Domestic liquidity (M3) increased 7.3 percent year on year to P15.3 trillion in April, moderating from 7.7 percent in March. Month on month and seasonally adjusted, M3 growth remained essentially flat.
