PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte is slated to lead the 124th commemoration of the country's Independence Day on Sunday, June 12, an advisory from Malacañang on Thursday said.
It will be the last time Duterte will be leading the celebration at the Rizal Park as head of the state.
