Silang mayor-elect signs deal with banking institution

MAYOR-elect Kevin Anarna has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with digital bank app DiskarTech represented by RCBC Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Inclusion Officer Lito Villanueva to promote financial inclusion through digital financial technology in the Municipality of Silang, Cavite.

A few weeks before his official assumption as the new chief executive of Silang, Anarna sealed a collaboration with RCBC, Asia Money's Best Digital Bank for the last two consecutive years, to bring DiskarTech App ng Masa to his constituents.
