THE Philippines donated $10,000 to Laos to fund its mental health program for Lao women and youth.
The Philippine Embassy in Vientiane and the United Nations Population Fund (UNPF) in Laos have joined forces to support the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPS) activities of the Lao Youth Union (LYU).
