PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has urged the incoming administration of President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos to continue building infrastructure projects that would help raise and develop more world-class Filipino athletes.
Duterte, whose term will end on June 30, made the statement during the groundbreaking ceremony of the Philippine Sports Training Center (PSTC) in Bagac, Bataan on Friday.
