FILINVEST REIT Corp. (FILRT), according to a filing, had retained earnings, which totaled P1.019 billion as of Dec. 31, 2021. It had total current liabilities of P1.321 billion, total non-current liabilities of P6.667 billion and total capital stock of 2,446,388,997 on Dec. 31, 2021 (except retained earnings).

According to FILRT, its gross proceeds from its IPO (initial public offering), which amounted to P12.583 billion, went to the purchase of shares during the stabilization period and P316.945 million went to underwriters and IPO-related fees. The balance of the IPO proceeds as of Dec. 31, 2021 was P9.690 billion after related disbursements in the previous months.

Manila Jockey Club Inc. (MJC) has 1,494,241,674 outstanding common shares. In a filing, MJC's retained earnings totaled P386.182 million on March 31, 2022 and P421.653 million as of Dec. 31, 2021. It had 7,096 treasury shares, capital stock of P1.494 billion, additional paid-in capital totaling P27.594 million, actuarial gains on accrued retirement benefits of P34.918 million and net cumulative shares in fair values of financial assets of P7,096. Equity attributable to equity holders of the parent company totaled P1.950 billion and P54.617 million, which totaled P2 billion as total equity. These were recorded as of March 31, 2022, according to the summary, which included non-controlling interests and total equity.
