(UPDATE) A FORMER chairman of the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) will serve as the new spokesman for incoming Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio, her office announced on Tuesday.
Reynold Munsayac will replace Liloan Mayor Ma. Christina Frasco, who is joining the Cabinet of President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. as secretary of the Department of Tourism.
