THE Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) welcomed the pilot implementation of Retail Aggregation scheme in UP Diliman Campus during the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the University of the Philippines and Meralco on June 24, 2022, two days before ERC's 21st anniversary.
