FOR Rep. Romeo "Kuya Jon" Jalosjos Jr. the wait is over. He was finally, last June 23, proclaimed the winning candidate in the Zamboanga del Norte first district congressional race. Nuisance candidate Frederico "Kuya Jan" Jalosjos was disqualified with finality and his votes credited to Romeo with Frederico's 5,424 votes credited in his favor, Romeo overtook Roberto "Pinpin" Tan Uy's lead with a comfortable margin at that.
