FULL resumption of face-to-face classes, climate change mitigation and smart infrastructure should be prioritized by the incoming Marcos administration, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) said on Monday.
In a briefing, outgoing Socioeconomic Secretary Karl Kendrick Chua pointed out that the education sector's recovery was significantly lagging the rest of the economy.
