MARIA Sheillah "Honey" Lacuna-Pangan was officially sworn-in as the 23rd mayor of the city of Manila on Wednesday at the Manila Cathedral.
Lacuna-Pangan, previously the Manila vice mayor, is the first woman elected as mayor of the capital city of the Philippines.
