DEFENSE Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said that despite numerous attempts by China to discourage the Philippines from conducting resupply missions and repairs to the BRP Sierra Madre on Ayungin Shoal in the West Philippine Sea, they will continue with the operations.
"That is part of the Chinese tactics. They don't want the repairs to be done on the Sierra Madre," he said.
