FORMER Caloocan Rep. Dale Gonzalo "Along" Malapitan took his oath of office as the city's 25th mayor at the City Hall Complex before Sen. Cynthia Villar.
Having served the city for 15 years as barangay chairman, city councilor and District 1 congressman, Malapitan vowed to continue his predecessor's programs but promised to further level up the services of the local government.
