A STUDY by real estate brokerage services company Leechiu Property Consultants Inc. showed that residential condominium sales have posted a strong recovery.

According to LPC Research and Consultancy Director Roy Amado Golez, sales rose by 54 percent in the second quarter of 2002 compared to the first quarter of the year.
