MALABON Mayor-elect Jeannie Sandoval was sworn in by Sen. Cynthia Villar as the city's first female chief executive at the 400-year-old San Bartolome Church on Thursday.
Sandoval, faced with the task of leading the city to recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, vowed to be responsive to the needs of her constituents.
