REELECTED Pasig City Mayor Victor Ma. Regis "Vico" Sotto promised to surpass the accomplishments of his first term as he took his oath of office on Thursday.
The young mayor did so before a crowd that had gathered at the Pasig City Sports Center. Among his well-wishers were his celebrity parents, Marvic "Bossing Vic" Sotto and Constancia Angeline "Connie" Reyes Nubla and his supporters.
