TRADE Secretary Alfredo Pascual revealed some of his initial priorities for the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) during the agency's Friday turnover ceremony.
The growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which Pascual said employ 63 percent of the labor force and account over half of the country's gross domestic product, is at the top of his list of goals.
