TROPICAL Depression "Domeng" has maintained its strength but is likely to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Saturday morning or afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday.
Over the next 24 hours, Pagasa said in its 5 a.m. advisory that the southwest monsoon or habagat enhanced by Domeng and Severe Tropical Storm "Caloy" (international name: "Chaba") will bring monsoon rains over the western sections of Central and Southern Luzon.
