THE Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Chairman and Ad Interim General Manager Anselmo Simeon Pinili, represented by PCSO Assistant General Manager for Management Services Sector Arnel Casas, together with PCSO Records Officer 4 and Freedom of Information (FOI) Receiving Officer Maria Rochiella Jimenez, received the Certificate of Compliance for the FOI regulations.
The certificate states that PCSO is fully compliant with the enhanced FOI requirements, as validated by the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO), pursuant to Section 5.7.b. of Memorandum Circular 2020-1, issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring, Information, and Reporting System (Task Force Administrative Order 25, s. 2011) in the year 2020 and 2021 on June 17.
