PCG, US partner vs threats to maritime safety, security within Caraga

THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has partnered with the United States Marines to identify vulnerable coastal areas and assess threats for maritime safety, marine environmental protection and maritime security within the Caraga region.

The head of of Coast Guard District North Eastern Mindanao (CGDNEM), Commodore Eduardo de Luna Jr., joined United States Marines Commander Ryan Paulson in conducting an aerial survey on the coastal waters of Caraga onboard US Aircraft Erickson Bell Helicopter on Tuesday, the PCG has reported
