(UPDATED) CHINESE Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian on Tuesday said Beijing has signed a contract with Manila to finance the construction of the 1,340-meter Davao River Bridge in Davao City.
In a Facebook post, Huang said the signing of the commercial contract to construct the bridge is "another milestone for the Philippine-China G2G (government to government) cooperation."
