THE Public Attorney's Office (PAO) has expressed optimism that President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. (BBM) is fully supporting Republic Act 11525 or the "Covid-19 Vaccination Program of 2021," which did not authorize forced experimental vaccination of children, especially those from 5 to 11 years old.
PAO chief Persida Rueda-Acosta, in a letter to the Chief Executive dated July 6, 2022, a copy of which was obtained by The Manila Times, informed him about a petition filed by several parents before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 222 seeking a temporary restraining order (TRO) and a writ of preliminary injunction (WPI) in connection with the mass vaccination for children that the petitioners claimed to be unconstitutional.
