CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro: Amid the power crisis that has gripped the province, First District Rep. Arnan Panaligan is seeking to review the power supply agreements (PSA) between the Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative (Ormeco) and independent power producers (IPPs).
Panaligan said this in an interview at the radio program "Hagupit ng Dos por Dos Radyo" aired over DWXR. He said that he asked Ormeco to furnish him copies of the PSAs.
