PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. named Raphael Perpetuo Lotilla as secretary of the Department of Energy (DoE), Malacañang said Monday.
"The President has designated a new Energy Secretary, Raphael Perpetuo Lotilla," Press Secretary Rose Beatrix "Trixie" Cruz-Angeles said in a statement.
