CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: Three civilians were hurt during an explosion triggered by a fire that hit an ammunition depot inside Camp Edilberto Evangelista in Barangay Patag, Cagayan de Oro on Monday shortly before midnight.
Maj. Francisco Garello Jr., head of the Philippine Army's (PA) 4th Infantry Division's Public Affairs Office, said that the injured civilians are now in stable condition while undergoing treatment in the PA's station hospital at Camp Evangelista.
