JOSHUA Manlapas of Makati-NETTO and J-am Sanchez of Wadjad Tennis Tavolo made it to the Philippine team that will compete in the 2022 World School Games after topping the boys and girls singles, respectively, in the recently concluded 2022 Fessap National Interscholastic Table Tennis Championship at Robinsons Novaliches in Quezon City.

Manlapas defeated Morison Torres of Paco Citizen Academy Foundation, 2-1, in the high school boys singles finals, while the 15-year-old Sanchez outplayed Shyrein Mae Redoquerio of Adamson University, 2-0, in the girls finals.
