DAVAO CITY: The state-of-the-art, five-story Davao City Public Library and Information Center (CLIC) was opened to the public on Friday.

CLIC Head Salome Enoc said the library at 203 C. Bangoy Street, Barangay 34-D, Poblacion is open on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is open not just to teachers and students but to people from all walks of life.
