(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has agreed to retain the existing Covid-19 alert levels "for now" as he orders a study of a new health restriction classification that "is more compatible with the current milder strains that afflict the patients."
Marcos issued the directive during his meeting with officials of the Department of Health (DoH), who promised to come up with new alert levels by mid-August.
