PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Wednesday ordered the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) to help track and field legend Lydia de Vega-Mercado who is said to be diagnosed with cancer and is in "very critical condition".
The many-time Asian champion is racing against time and the complications brought about by Stage 4 Breast Cancer.
