CAGAYAN de Oro Second District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez wants the allocation for Mindanao in next year's national budget to be P286 billion more than the amount allocated to it for 2022.
On Tuesday, the lawmaker urged President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. to increase the allocation for Mindanao by the said amount.
