THE United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) wants to help the Philippines "reduce" its dependence on imported petroleum products by developing its biofuels industry.
The US Grains Council (USGC) and the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) signed on Tuesday, July 19, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to facilitate the exchange of best practices related to the biofuels industry and policy development.
