THE Philippine National Police (PNP) assured the public of its readiness to secure the first State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos, Jr. despite the shooting incident at the Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City, where at least three people died.
PNP Director for Operations PMGen. Valeriano De Leon said the incident is now being investigated to determine how the gunman was able to carry a firearm inside the school premises.
